My experiences in the luxury fashion market and as an editor of a home furnishings trade publication further honed my eye for interiors. After training in a residential design firm, I founded my own firm in 2010 and have since worked on diverse projects throughout the Southeast and beyond. How did you get started in design?
My design work is a marriage of function and beauty. I am inspired by creating homes that elevate and improve the lives of my clients through creative, custom solutions.
How do you approach the creative process and problem-solving in design?
I am unique as a designer in that while I love to be creative, I truly thrive in systems and function, always seeking to design homes that are not only beautiful but also improve the quality of life for those living in them. I first get to know my clients on a personal level and truly listen to their design needs. This allows me to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and specific design challenges. My goal is to offer tailored solutions that address both aesthetic desires and practical needs, creating spaces that feel intentional and enhance everyday living.
