Countertop “Span”
Your countertop is supported by the Vanity Legs at the front and a wall bracket at the rear.
The distance between the legs – the “span” – is therefore a structural consideration, especially since the sink cutout often leaves only a narrow strip of material across the front.
How much weight that strip can carry depends on the span, the type of stone, its thickness, and other factors. So, your local stone or countertop fabricator is the best person to answer these concerns.
China Sink Tops
With china and porcelain sink tops, the concern is where the top of the Vanity Legs meets the underside of the sink: is there a large enough, flat area for the leg tops to rest on?
Our website lists the sink models we’ve successfully worked with. If yours is on the list, you’re good to go.
