Clearly I am Clueless about building a page. I’m sure templates are helpful. Anyway, here are my notes…

• We will need separate pages, one for SLOF because they get a quote immediately, and another for Shelving and Closet Rods because they are waiting for an estimate.

• For  SLOF we need to say if they have any questions about their estimate, reach out to sales. – If no questions , to proceed with an order they need to attach the estimate to an email to sales… etc.

• For Shelving or Closet Rods, they should expect to be contacted by sales within 1 – 3 days.

• We should have a link to Lead Times

• Link to FAQ (when there is a there there)

• Do you wish to submit another RFE or a variant on the RFE you just submitted?

• Link to an image gallery relevant to their RFE
